Product Description:
ANB is a composite adsorbent formed by adjusting the ratios of multiple base materials and applying a special surface modification process. Its surface is rich in reactive functional groups capable of binding with cations in water. These bonded compounds can then be removed from the wastewater through chemical coagulation, effectively reducing ammonia nitrogen levels.
Thanks to its unique modification treatment, ANB also exhibits strong adsorption capabilities for other positively charged ions. Even in the presence of interfering cations, ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency remains stable between 30% and 70%.

  • It is hygroscopic and should be stored accordingly.

  • When mixed with water, it forms a viscous liquid.

  • Spilled product on the floor is very slippery and should be cleaned immediately.

  • Optimal preparation concentration is 0.5% to 1% solution.

  • Recommended dosage for sludge dewatering: 0.1% to 2.0% (HCC-597 to dry sludge ratio).

  • Recommended dosage for flotation and sedimentation systems: 0.5 ppm to 10 ppm (HCC-597 to water volume).
